Bonita Sunset Condos

I love everything about this complex! Fantastic location, excellent high end neighborhood, literally 1 mile walk bike ride to the primo beach Bonita Beach, this place is ideal! We discovered Bonita Sunset Condos originally on Air B&B in a transition back to SW Florida, and stayed 6 months while in transition. Had I not had a beach home in the works, we would have stayed here forever! Management, neighbors, vibe, groove I could not more recommend a property in SW Florida more than this perfect spot.

We were a little hesitant to stay here with the limited reviews but we are sooo glad that we did. My wife and I spent the weekend in Bonita Springs and stayed at this place that we found on Airbnb. It was the perfect place for us. The condos were super clean and well stocked with everything we could need for our the few days we spent there. I will say, there is no pool at the moment but there is a pool on the property and its my understanding that they are working out the negotiations for guests to start using it. Other than that, we also appreciated the close proximity to restaurants. There is also a really nice ice cream shop, Sweet Melissa's, across the street as well as a super convenient liquor store. We are living here on an annual lease and we love it. The management team is great! On site maintenance that is very responsive and fast. It’s safe and clean. We definitely plan on renewing. Great place to live!!

I stayed here for two weeks while visiting some family and it was a lovely experience. It was very clean and can tell it's well taken care of.As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay! The management was friendl;y and easy to communicate with.

I stayed at the Bonita Sunset Condos for three months for traveling healthcare. Aimee and Andy were great! Prompt responses in any questions I had. It was a great home away from home. If I’m in the area again for work, they’ll be the first I contact.
