Property manager doesn’t answer the phone. It’s challenging to get maintenance when needed. My family and I received an eviction text message for no apparent reason. I wouldn’t not recommend leasing from this company
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alana twice now. She’s professional and honest. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy in the area.
I have Called 4 numbers. Left messages at 1. The other 3 were either disconnected or a full mailbox. Never received a return call. I tried about 5 months ago and about a week ago.
Unless you want to be ripped off, don't let Mr. Bonds manage your property.
Don't bother if you have a family. They probably never heard of the Fair Housing Act.
