The property is in very poor condition. The lobby has a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of decay. The security team is the only positive aspect of the building; they provide a sense of safety and professionalism that residents appreciate, especially compared to previous security services. Unfortunately, the property management appears unwilling to address ongoing issues with illegal activity on the premises. Regarding maintenance, aside from one diligent individual, the cleaning staff's efforts are insufficient. Basic cleaning protocols, such as sweeping before mopping, are not consistently followed. They've made a lot of changes. It looks beautiful inside. They have a new ballroom, gym, and computer room. Great job!

Family member lives there. It's too much to type as a review. Trust me, go somewhere else. HUD housing and cheap rent is not worth it. It's the management and some of the tenants fault if what's going on. Come and see for yourself I'm sure that you will have access to get into the building 🤔.

I think alicia should know what's she talking about before judging everybody up here . Not every tenant is disgusting like you claim cause you don't know me sweetie. You feel sorry for the people that work up here having to clean up behind nasty people . I feel sorry for ms jean cause she has to do it by herself with no help cause management apparently thinks she don't need help when she does. But don't include everybody when you run your mouth like you know everybody up here when I know for a fact you don't. your assumption is disgusting. .
