Since moving in, I’ve noticed several ongoing issues that make living here less than ideal for the price being charged. The apartments themselves are basic and don’t reflect the value or image presented during leasing. It feels like the operation is run more like a corporate sales team focused on revenue rather than resident satisfaction. Everything is itemized, so pay close attention to the charges on your account and keep good documentation. To give credit where it’s due — the apartment itself was clean, freshly painted, and had new carpet when I moved in. That’s expected with any move-in, but it was appreciated. Still, make sure to take pictures and document everything, because management will itemize charges and you don’t want to be billed for preexisting issues or normal wear and tea

Trying to charge a $700 move out fee for furniture scuffs and nail holes in the wall. A $700 move-out fee for "regular wear and tear" is likely unjustified and a red flag, as landlords can't charge for normal deterioration from living (like minor carpet wear or small wall scuffs) but only for actual damage beyond normal use. What's Normal Wear & Tear (Landlord Pays/Can't Charge): Faded carpet from foot traffic or sunlight. Minor scuffs, small nail holes, or fading on walls. Worn-out grout or loose tiles. Fading/spots on sinks or tubs from regular use. What's Tenant Damage (Landlord Can Charge For): Large holes in walls or ceilings. Broken windows, missing fixtures. Burned or deeply stained carpets. Crayon marks or unauthorized wallpaper. This management definitely has unprofessional pr

The apartment was advertised as luxury and it’s absolutely the opposite. The notes they would leave on my door for maintenance were aggressive and excessive just like the roach infestation. The security gate didn’t work so there would be homeless people in the parking lot and once there was a homeless person in the gym high on blues. Staff were rude and aggressive and rarely helpful but always rude. Then when I left they took my security deposit which was $1,200 and charged me another $1,000 for “cleaning” fee . I am convinced that these are paid reviews because there’s no way that many people were willing to write a 5 star review.

The main reason why I’m writing this review is to bring awareness to the deception of this place when it comes to their “contract” for moving out. Even when we had informed them we weren’t signing another year for our lease and were told when to give them our keys they sent no other follow up emails or ANY details about what they would end up charging for and blamed US for not telling them like 3 months in advance, when the previous person we spoke to didn’t mention anything about these charges. We only found out they would still be charging us for a whole OTHER MONTH of rent 5 days before we moved out because we reached out to them AGAIN about any other details we had discussed about moving out. ALSO- A lot of these positive reviews I’m not sure are people who have really lived here base

ok before you sign a lease here, please be aware that you DO NOT get your own parking space like every other apartment complex so if you work odd hours just know you're screwed. please can we sign a petition and bring back assigned parking i mean we are paying for it. it's awful also not to mention your car gets broken into and stolen hubcaps, your vehicle getting broken in to and no peace living here knowing at any time you can't leave because you'll lose your parking space and have to leave your car in front or way back of building. another issue with parking i've notice handicap parking are being used by certain people that are not handicap at all whatsoever just probably stole a handicap card and use it illegally in front of building 2 and 4 another problem you'll encounter is smokers
