Roberto, Perdue and Nate HELPED ME ON CHRISTMAS THEY RESPONDED FAST URGENT TOOK CARE OF MY HOUSE WITH MY FAMILY GOD BLESS THESE HARD WORKERS THEY WORKED DILLIGENT AT FIXING MY ISSUES DID I MENTION THEY WORKED ON CHRISTMAS !!!!! To make sure my family haves what they need to function god bless these guys they made our Christmas !!!!

Do NOT move where you see "Bolden Capital LLC" attached. There are 3 properties in particular that are NOT GOOD. ZERO out of 5 Stars if Google allowed it. This one in particular, admittedly they got me in a lease without seeing the properties first. I had to move from a rented house ABRUPTLY due to a water pipe bursting. The leasing office answered, though a 3rd party Rent Finder App (they don't actually answer the main line for this property). My heater went out in Jan 2023, no one asked to provide me with heaters...I asked the THEN property manager. She gave 2 heaters from her pocket and I gave em back back 3 weeks the heater was fixed. My renewal was coming up, and of the many things I asked to be fixed the deck was at the top of my list ultimately, I was told my concerns would be fix

Great guy easy to work with on time to meet for delivery easy process

They don't fixed anything been here 2 months AC been out for 3 weeks i been putting in work order no body gave am about to have knee surgery but they don't care just want rent money

Property manager isn’t professional they never answer phone calls, text messages or emails she messes up everybody paper work I was suppose to move a month ago still no response and no one is ever at the office
