BOK Financial Mortgage

Jennifer Cleary was the WORST lender I have ever had to work with. This was my second home purchase and I have never been so stressed and frustrated with the buying process, as I was working with her. From the beginning, she had no clue of the numbers of my loan, continuously changed them up to 24 hrs prior to closing, NO communication unless I initiated it, and then had the audacity to tell me my emails "irritated her". Who says that to a client??? She was extremely rude and cold through the entire process. I will NEVER refer her nor BOK Financial to anyone! She has no business being a lender let alone working with the public, and if this is the type of lender BOK hires and wants representing their company, than I want nothing to do with them.

Do not sign with BOK! I’ve had my Home Owners Insurance cancelled twice this year because they’ve never been paid! What kind of a lender takes your money, but doesn’t pay on your behalf?! So rude and unprofessional.

I’ve worked with BOKF for years now on multiple mortgages and they have been nothing but amazing. Aimee and Darlena absolutely rock. I’d give 10 stars if it was possible.
