I can’t say enough about our outstanding experience with Samantha Meister. Her commitment to forthright communication, professionalism, and attention to detail is commendable. She sold our last two homes for us and if we end up back in Colorado, will absolutely look to her to help us again. She advised us every step of the way on how to make sure we could get top dollar for our property while keeping expectations reasonable and explaining the ins and outs of the real estate market to us in terms we could understand. Had a super pleasant and smooth experience renting a ski house with Summit Resort Group. They were very professional and prompt with their communication. The house itself was spotless, well stocked with essentials and perfectly located. We forgot a few things at the house and they were so kind and helpful in facilitating the return of those items. Will surely rent from them again. Thanks for everything!

Spacious condo with high end appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Super easy checkin and checkout. Close to all the ski areas. We are a family of four and really enjoyed our stay. If we’re ever in the area again, we would book this condo again.

We had a great time at the Lake Dillon Condos. We had a 10 year family reunion and took advantage of all activities around us. A highlight was two pontoon boats for a couple of hours on lake Dillon. Beautiful. We have been here often during the last 25 years. It is set up with spectacular views that changes every 30 minutes due to weather, sun, etc. AWESOME and a hidden gem. We stayed in unit 104 and other family members stayed in other units in which all are set up differently due to owners taste which is cool. The only thing I would do as the owner of 104 is install ceiling fans for comfort as it can get pretty warm in the summer. We will be back.

We have had excellent service and response with SRG. A couple of specific examples include one of the on site employees Mike W. We had a leak issue and Mike W. was super responsive in helping to manage the leak situation so that further damage did not occur. Another example is the upkeep of not only the interior of the buildings (vacuuming the common areas, cleaning glass entries, cleaning tile entries and keeping door codes updated), but the exterior of the property. Snow removal can be a tough job in the high alpine terrain and Mike W does a #1 job in keeping our walkways clear and safe and the hot tubs accessible for guests. Further, in the summer time, he is solely responsible for maintaining the outside landscaping. I may note that we have extensive grass and gardens around th
