Boca Villa Apartments

Gabriel, the maintenance man is great, but otherwise, the property isn't managed. They just collect the rent and the grass gets mowed twice a month, but policies aren't enforced and other landscaping isn't seen to. The complex is near good retail, and the neighborhood is safe but the rental company doesn't communicate at all except for the rent payment receipt. Rents all around SoFlo are high, but there are no amenities here other than a pool and a couple of grills, and laundry is in a shared room. There are much better values around here - complexes with business centers, playgrounds, and in unit washers and dryers, for less money. Check those before coming here.

We have been pleased with this apartment complex and their staff. Gabe who does maintenance, helps with any issues right away. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The place is a little older - but I think that's common with many buildings/homes in Boca and this area in general. Overall we are pleased with this place.

All five stars are for Gabe, the maintenance man. He is absolutely wonderful. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and works really hard. His efforts have made living in Boca Villa very comfortable (which I did for 6 years, until very recently due to job re-location). Thank you so much, Gabe!!!

For the most part place is ok. Some of the tenets are questionable ..I have addicts on one side of me.. the other side the man came to my door asking me for money. I was nice and thought I was lending , but will never see that again. They are small places for the price that’s for sure. There are a lot of big dogs. I think for the most part people keep up with cleaning the dog Pooh. There is only one maintainece guy:/ he works pretty hard, but don’t expect him to be there in the spot . I wish they woulda left the tile that was in floor before this cheap laminate. It’s annoying to clean. It is very dark(should put more light color) you see every crumb. I vacuume daily:/ the laundry situation is terrible! There is 5/5 for the whole place! I also think they don’t wash your clothes well. People
