Far from luxury apartments. Unless you're an older couple, I suggest you stay away. My apartment was put together last minute and you could tell from the craftsmanship. Cabinets and drawers fell apart within the first month living there, doorknobs were not put on the doors securely and different items were just placed in their spots meaning you could accidentally touch something and it would topple over. Not at all worth the price. Complex is not for a younger crowd as you cannot have any social gatherings (which they made a new rule in the middle of my lease) and if you want to use the pool you'll have to enjoy your own company as you cannot have any guests. lived here for 3 years during college. no one was ever in the leasing office for 2 1/2 years so it was impossible to reach anyone. our AC was horrible. the air would be really humid which made the apartment feel hot and sticky. my roommate put in a maintenance request for that and our ceiling that was cracked due to water damage and both weren’t looked at for 2 months. they couldn’t even fix our AC because they said the unit is too old. there was no pest control that came either. i had even tried calling the office and left a message requesting pest control and no one got back to me or came. this place stressed me out and management was not good. you can find someplace else better for the same price

This is honestly the worst place you can ever lease with. I regret to say that my experience at Waterford Bay Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning of my tenancy, I have encountered numerous issues that have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. First and foremost, the maintenance request process at Waterford Bay Apartments is shockingly unreliable. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests over the course of my stay, and it seems like they either take an eternity to respond or don't address the issues at all. This lack of prompt maintenance has led to ongoing inconveniences and discomfort in my living space. Adding to the frustration is the fact that the management at Waterford Bay Apartments is nearly impossible to get in touch with. Despite their posted business hours, the office is consistently empty

Not worth the money. The management staff is very unorganized and enters the apartment whenever they feel like it. They don’t call before doing so like they are supposed to and then lie that they did and sent you an email when they really didn’t. They lose paperwork regarding things in the lease then act like it’s your fault they keep messing up, they have no sympathy for tenants, and don’t do their end of paperwork when renewing leases in a timely manner so they can gouge prices cause technically you didn’t renew it in time. Selling these outdated apartments as “luxury” is a joke. They don’t clean between tenants and now they are raising the rent to an astronomical price. $1790 for a 2b1b that has us in this condition is extortion.
