Beautiful community—safe, clean, and well maintained. I highly recommend it. Kurt was amazing: very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the process. If you’re looking for a great place to live, this is it.

Moving can be stressful, but my experience with Boca Arbor Club has been incredibly smooth and enjoyable so far. Kurt and the maintenance team have been outstanding and very responsive! I am so happy with my decision moving here!

Boca Arbor Club is definitely THE best community that I have ever lived in! The whole team, especially Kurt and Lou, have been exceptional. Anywhere from service to maintenance has always been top notched. If we weren’t moving away, my husband and I would have stayed here for many more years. We were sad to leave such a beautiful, clean community! Highly recommended!!

This property is well maintained and when I have a question or a problem, it is resolved quickly.

Iguanas everywhere all on your roofs all on the trees the grass EVERYWHERE. literally infested with iguanas , no designated parking spots for the people that live there , Daniel the assistant manager is rude and not understanding at all , the community gym is extremely small , the community pool never gets cleaned and not to mention the mold that they have in their apartments that they just paint over and don’t take care of. SAVE UR MONEY AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE .
