Descent apartments at a very reasonable price and they are quick to fix any issues with the apartment. The only thing is that everyone takes their dogs to do their business right next to my apartment

I have lived here for 16 years and my husband and I love the place. They recently had to shut the water off and they sent both emails and texts to let us know about it. I know they send both because I got them. They have different things for the complex where the tenets receive a prize. I have never had a problem getting things fixed and if they couldn’t fix it they would replace it. They don’t put up with people causing trouble. They also don’t put up with managers who cause trouble. I recommend this place to everyone.

I like living here. I would have to say that my experience here has been without incident; except for someone getting shot dead in the parking lot - but that could happen anywhere. Other then that I'm in one of the "refurbished" apts, and I like it alot. Management was willing to work with me on late rent payment (they actually took time to talk to me about it with a great degree of understanding). They do need to fix exterior lights, especially in the parking lot. When I needed repairs, it was done in a timely fashion. A little sub-par, but still adequate. I like living here. Tina and the rest of the office, I thank you.

Lady in the office today had a horrible attitude. Furthermore, when we came in for our appointment with Naomi as our person of contact, a different lady said she would help us. We thought she was breifed on our situation, but nope. We had to explain everything over again. Then she preceded to have an issue with our situation. Then called the property manager to deal with the problem. Property manager restated what she was saying. We told them we didn't have an issue with any of the requirements, only wish we could talk with Naomi because she was going to talk to her boss on our behalf and give us an update regarding our situation. Basically we showed up just for them to say they can not help us behaving rude and bothered the entire time. Naomi was ok. Not the other ladies. This type of env

Sherril oaks apartments bandera rd The worst apartment complex. But I guess you get what you pay for, which is not an excuse for the way management conducts themselves. Rodent problems which they do not and WILL not prevent. Office personnel just laughs.The AC units consistently freezes. Management cuts water without notifying tenants. You're expected to follow terms and conditions of the lease but management does not. RIDICULOUS.
