Bob helped us buy our house in Smith’s Station. He got the process and paperwork completed very quickly and has excellent communication to push things along. When it was time to sell our house, Gail helped us decide what upgrades were needed and which ones were not (as they would not yield a good return on investment. This was very helpful and helped us get our home on the market. If we had listed it on our own, I would have listed our home for 15-20k less than what Gail recommended... and we got 5k less than our asking price!
