Bo Apartments

This complex is perfect! The manager, Francis, is very kind and extremely helpful. Joseph in leasing was also a huge help — when I toured, he showed me a 1x1 apartment and gave me all the information I needed to know that this place was right for me. I’ve been living here for a few weeks now and it’s been a blast. Maintenance is amazing as well — Caden and Jeremiah are always on time and get things sorted for me very quickly. If I had to choose this place again, I absolutely would. The amenities, along with the beauty of the Bo apartments, keep me hooked. I truly love this community.

I’ve lived in many apartments where the management team don’t seem to care about their residents or up keeping the property and this has been the most calming environments, I needed a place to get away and just focus on myself and this place gave me peace. My apartment has a view of the river and the view is my favorite part of my apartment. The property manager is always working in the office it seems, she’s very involved and super chill. The maintenance team is quick and efficient. The residents are respectful and I like how we get points for paying rent that you can redeem for Amazon gift cards, rent or Lyfts etc. Only way I would move out of here is once I get my house since I have all I need with this apartment.

BO Apartments has exceeded my expectations. The staff is professional, kind, and always available to help. Francis and Joe went above and beyond to make m me feel safe and comfortable in my new home. Their outstanding customer service truly sets this community apart. Highly recommend! Location is incredibly peaceful and the space is open and luxurious!!

Loved the location. I moved out of Bo a few months ago. I was an original tenant and was the first to move into my unit in the D building. Upon move in my unit was never fully cleaned. The floors filthy and dust in all the cupboards etc. I was moving in so I did the cleaning. What I can say about the management is that they clearly don’t pay these people what they are worth. Because when my lease expired in June I asked for a new lease for 2 months and finally in September I signed a new lease. Well I decided to move because of the obnoxious construction had started up again. All I wanted was to terminate my lease one month early but Noooooo. Ok so I moved and paid double rent. By far the worst apartments I have lived in. Extremely loud road noise from the roundabout of the very busy intersection of Atlas and Seltice. Loud, echoing breezeways, cheaply built units, and dishonest staff who will lie to you while you live there, then charge you for every tiny thing when you move out. Dog feces all over the place. Horrible parking. Avoid Avenue5 rentals at all costs. They even have a ton of fake 5-star reviews to pad their numbers. It’s very pathetic. If you’re going to rent, just go next door. It’s far quieter and much nicer.
