A gentleman acted like my husband was bothering him when he went in to get a document that was needed as soon as possible. He stated that we would have it in 4 days. By the 6th day, we called customer service. He ordered the wrong year for the document. Then the girl ordered the right year and stated we would have it in 7 days. We asked if it could be emailed, faxed, or overnighted? The answer was no. We talked to her manager and again no. They were rude at the bank then couldn’t correct what they did wrong in a timely fashion. No customer service at this place!
