BLVD North Park

After searching for months to find an apartment , I decided to stop into BLVD North . It turned out to be a great decision. Everyone in the leasing office was beyond friendly. From the tour to signing the lease, it was a very easy process. Move in was super smooth. I have been here for 2 months and very happy I chose this place. Everyone in the leasing office continues to be very friendly and accommodating. I've had one maintenance issue that was handled promptly and in a professional manner. I would recommend stopping by for a tour and hopefully make the decision to move into BLVD North.

Outstanding team!!! Building managers always remember you and say hello. The maintenance team are super responsive and fast with any issues. The building cleaning ladies always leave the common areas super clean and tidy. Feels like a 5 star resort everyday

I cannot say enough about the management group at BLVD North Park. For once, to work with a group that seems to understand the ways that life happens was very refreshing. It's not a place that just tries to wring every dollar they can out of you. Even after having moved out, they were super accommodating and incredibly helpful and flexible with moving and a couple of lingering mail snags. Would definitely recommend this group to anyone wanting to be in North Park!

I’ve been here 6 months and have enjoyed my time here. It’s very well set up for dogs. The events are fun and I’ve found everyone very helpful. I also love my apartment. Rent and add ons make affordability an issue. Otherwise my experience so far has been great.

I’ve lived at Blvd North Park for six years and it’s been the best experience I’ve had with any management company or apartment management. The staff is all friendly and willing to work and help you. I highly recommend them.
