This was my first ever apartment experience. I will point out that community living has their pros and cons. If you're living in an apartment, you're bound to hear your neighbors or have noise levels that vary. But I thought I'd give a fair rating based on Aura itself. The pros: -Maintenance requests were handled quickly -Pool and gym were up-kept nicely -Gas stovetop! -Monthly events were cute Cons: -Barely any guest parking -Hallways always smelled like urine -The material used for the kitchen cabinets streak easily and were impossible to clean -There wasn't a pet area, taking a pet outside at night on the street was a little sketchy I do want to add that I never got my deposit back and was misquoted charges for paint. I had details quoted in writing via email as to what it would cos

Moved into a 2nd floor studio apartment here at Aura / Blume on Central Jan 2024 and stayed for 1 year. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you can afford it. I had a fantastic time during my stay with zero major complaints. Rent was $1,500 and after utilities/conservice/fees I was paying $1,780. They changed management halfway through my lease to Mark Taylor, which worried me initially, but I ended up having zero issues with management. They were always helpful and responded to messages in a timely manner. Everyone in the complex was friendly; kid friendly and pet friendly too. Got my full security deposit refunded and would definitely consider returning if I ever move back to the area. Pros: - Location is fantastic. Close to DT, easy access to freeways, bars, res

I moved in July 25’ and loved living here at first but there are multiple things that have caused me to seriously regret my choice that I want to warn others about before they make the same mistake of signing a lease here. 1. If you have a dog this is probably not a suitable building for you. The building is “dog friendly” but there is no grass or dog run on the property. If your dog requires that then you will be spending your morning dodging the homeless encampment and their mound of trash at the APS substation right next to the building. 2. My bike lock was cut with bolt cutters and stolen within 2 nights of me living there. 3. The parking situation for guests is awful. There’s very limited parking around the building so your guests end up having to park right next to the previously me

Best place I've lived in Phoenix thus far. All of the staff are super respectful and the common areas are maintained well. Additionally maintenance is always prompt, respectful, and kind. Kai has been great each time we've needed maintenance to fix or adjust anything.

Blume was actually a late addition to the list of apartments my friend was considering — a colleague had recommended it, so we figured it was worth checking out. When we arrived, we were greeted by Aubrey, who immediately set a positive tone. She was welcoming, kind, and genuinely curious about what brought us in. My friend explained what she was looking for, and Aubrey really listened. She pulled together several options that fit my friend’s needs and gave her the choice of which ones to tour — a nice surprise, since the last few properties we had visited had been pretty disappointing. Throughout the visit, Aubrey kept up a natural, engaging conversation with my friend, highlighting the benefits of a smaller community while still making it feel more like a friendly chat than a sales pitch
