Wonderful experience! Emily made it so seamless and comfortable, great communication. The move in process was so easy, updated appliances just like we were told. We have had experiences in the past where apartment complexes have told us our unit has certain things and they in fact did not, but that’s not the case with Bluff Ridge. I will be recommending these apartments to everyone! Such an amazing experience and i can’t thank the staff enough!

Just moved in recently and both Sarah and Emily were so so friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. Before we even submitted an application, they were really nice about letting us know the approximate time frame an apartment would be ready. They also helped answer questions we had about moving in and followed up with us about what to have ready prior to receiving our keys. We all know moving can get super chaotic but little things like this make such a difference! Update: We’ve lived there for almost two years and absolutely loved our experience. The leasing office ladies are so sweet and always answer any of the questions we have. Maintenance is always on top of requests and get them done quickly. I absolutely ADORE the Bluff ridge apartments and staff! I have never felt more at home. My husband and I are relocating and the staff/ Property manager Emily has just made this process so much easier for us. They have great communication with us and always keep us informed and in the know and I couldn’t appreciate that more. We were so lucky to find this place, and we can’t help but feel a little bit of sadness because we know chances of finding staff AND a home like Bluff Ridge that we genuinely love is going to be extremely hard to find. *ALSO* if you have a dog or kids there’s a beautiful park just right up the road that we love taking our fur babies to!

My husband and I lived here for two years before he retired from the Corps and we appreciated the thoughtful and always helpful staff. The office staff are kind, friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to provide great service and support to tenants. The maintenance staff is beyond fantastic. We had few maintenance problems, but they did a great job when we needed their assistance with a new washing machine. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an affordable, but clean and nice apartment in Jacksonville. Hayley, in the office is excellent to work with and went above and beyond on a regular basis.

Along with the previous review, I don't understand the other reviews! My husband and I live here and we love it!! The apartments aren't the newest but they are cute and they are great! We have a two bedroom two bath and it's the perfect amount of space for us! Very open floor plans and awesome complex layout! The staff is what makes this five stars! The front office staff is above exceptional, they always answer quickly and do whatever they can do help. The maintenance staff is exceptional as well! They are quick, reliable and are always friendly! We love living here and suggest it to others looking!
