Highly avoid this company. 13 years of living in this building we have gone through many management companies. This is the most highly unprofessional, and the most unfair I have been treated. They will terminate your lease without any cause besides pure discrimination because the property manager doesn’t like you. Management doesn’t communicate with you unless they want to, they allow their property manager to be highly aggressive, they give your guests dirty looks, harass your guests, threaten their tenants off hours, serve them with lease violations without acknowledging to you what they are, Lie straight to you, and tell you they don’t have your lease information. Don’t properly maintain their buildings, there is black mold all over our building. No working washer or dryer, they don’t c

New property manager Tosha is a joke. Worst property manager we've had since Blueline took over management of our building, and I've lived here over 10 years. She refuses to answer our phone calls and refuses to talk to ANY of the tenants except through letters through the mail. She hasn't had any maintenance done since she started, the yard is dead and covered in dog poop, the building has ants, every apartment has mold, but she has the nerve to raise rents for maintenance and repair costs that have never been done! RENTERS BEWARE!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Rachael. She got back to me so fast after receiving my application from Pamela and has been so quick in responding to any questions and getting my application completed for me. The response time was amazing even though she was going through some extra trainings at the same time. I really appreciated how helpful she was and how quick she was at getting everything done for me. Girl deserves a raise. Thank you Rachael for being so kind and patient, and for how quickly you’ve tried getting everything done for me. It means a lot and is really refreshing after being so stressed trying to figure everything out as a single mom. I can’t thank you enough. Whether I get approved or not I’m so grateful for your help. Latina got back to me within a day or two of my application. there were some issues with the income paperwork but instead of declining it outright like I've seen at other places, she walked me through options on how to get it corrected. She was responsive to all the questions I had at random times leading up to me move, and visibly made an extra effort to assist. Was very grateful that these guys took a lot of the stress of moving off my shoulders.

I live in a blueline ran housing I'd give them a zero if google would let me management lies and so does the housing manager they fix nothing. Wouldn't rent here again
