Bluegrass Properties

If you are a homeowner and looking for a company to manage your home as a rental, I would stay as far away from Bluegrass as you can. They do not look after the owner (even though there is a contract between owners & Bluegrass that says they have a fiduciary duty to the owner), they do not communicate and are very unprofessional. Run....don't walk away from Bluegrass.

Losing money is the least of my troubles. a loss never troubles me after i take it.I forget it overnight. but being wrong - not taking the loss - that is what does the damage to the pocketbook and to the soul. Good luck w/ being money hungry.

Dont ever be late on your rent here they will pile on fee after fee making sure that you have nothing but trouble getting it paid 5 dollars a day it's late if it's your second time being late then theres another 25 dollars and if it gets to late then they slap you with a 30 dollar eviction notice and so on
