Amazing property to live at. The office staff- Jennifer, Millie and Kristie are amazing as well as Juan and Jose. They are there to answer any questions that may arise as well as any small maintenance that may arise. They keep the property well maintained and we feel super safe here. Keep up the great work!

Great property and great tenants. Ive made a good amount of friends here. Lots of dogs. Jen, Millie and Kristie are always a pleasure to chat with and are always willing to help out the tenants when and however they can. The gym is real nice, pool is likely one of the best in the Raleigh area that I've been too. You're only about 10 minutes from downtown so if you want the fun and quiet without the chaos and noise, this is the spot to be!

This place has been good to me. The quality of the apartment was great. Honestly the finishes are just as good as a single family home you could buy. I think the aesthetics were very stylish. The staff has always been very kind to me. In fact you could say that i developed a friendship with them. I made a lot of connections and met new people. I love the Dog park. The artificial turf is clean and all the dog owners use it as a social space. The grounds have been maintained well. You can see the landscape company doing work on a regular basis. The maintenance crew is easy to reach and their online ticket system works well. The BBQ area is great. the gas line is piped in so its always available. The maintenance supervisor has been incredibly insightful- he is great at keeping me informed and he is great at sharing knowledge and goes above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. The office staff is also amazing—supportive, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Their teamwork makes a big difference every day.

I have been loving my time here! Kristie, Jen, Milly, Juan, and Jose have all been super helpful and amazing through the moving-in process, and any time we need maintenance help, they are right here! They are all so loving of my dog, and any problem that might arise, they are right on it!
