Nick was amazing to work with! As a first time homeowner, I felt very overwhelmed with the process of getting a mortgage. Nick thoroughly explained every step of the way in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was able to find me a great rate, much better than some other mortgage options out there. His detailed emails had all the information I needed and were easy to understand, even for someone with no financial background. I was able to close on a home in under 30 days which was incredible. We had an excellent experience working with Josh Dion. As first time home buyers, there was a lot of questions and areas that we were unfamiliar with and Josh was always willing to take the time to explain things and alleviate stress. The process was overall much easier than I thought it would be going through loan underwriting, etc. and its also worth mentioning from the start of underwriting to when we got the clear to close was probably about 15 days which is much faster than anywhere my realtor had heard of. Would highly recommend working with Josh and his team if you are a first time home buyer, or just looking for a loan officer that has the whole process dialed in!

I've worked with Nick twice now and both times has been the best experience. Not only is he a kind individual, he is incredibly knowledgable and has the ability to explain complex concepts in simple easy to understand terms. Josh has been amazing, helped a ton through a fairly difficult unique situation with buying our first house and made it work in the end which was awesome! He was super communicative the whole time, the second there was an update he made sure to let us know, helped guide us through this whole brand new process to us.
