First time home buyer and Colleen from Blue Star Inspections was awesome to work with. Very professional, detailed, and her communication was thorough. She also made sure the report was sent to the proper people in order to have any repairs completed and documented. The Inspection Fee was also very competitive and reasonable. We would 100% recommend Blue Star Inspections and use their services again.

Jose was friendly, yet very professional. He was easy to talk to, he took the time to thoroughly go over everything with you. You could tell in how he explained everything that he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. We felt he was trustworthy and honest in his inspection. We have had other inspections prior and no one comes near Jose in the attention he gives to details in inspecting your home. We definitely would use him again for future home inspections and highly recommend him.

Jose is awesome! He inspected our new build home. Our inspection was late afternoon, and he had our report ready the next day. He had great attention to detail and caught some problems with the new build. He also took the extra time to walk through our house with us to show us how things work and what they were.
