What a joke of a management company. Aside from being unreliable, unresponsive and negligent to the needs of their tenants, they seem to take pride in doing the bare, bottom of the barrel minimum. Jon Elesi is a god awful property manager and the live in super changes more often than not so it’s hard to get any immediate help if needed. The office needs to be shut down. Sad because they run what could be a beautiful building but instead it’s a nesting ground for rodents and roaches, not to mention flys the size of grapes.

Don’t rent from Blue Sky unless you wanted to add stress, concern for your wellbeing, and disrespect to your life. Our ceiling has been leaking and cracking, with drywall falling to the ground for over a month. They continually just throw temporary solutions at the problem and don’t actually care to resolve the issue. We are concerned to go to bed every night not knowing if our ceiling will fully collapse or the apartment will flood.

Do not rent or lease with this company, they are incompetent, unresponsive and dishonest. My son, a college student, leased an apartment that wasn't even complete by the move in date, the electric bill was off the charts, the heat/ac worked sporadically, and they have been radio silent about returning my security deposit.

To whom it may concern if you are thinking of living in these apartments DONT. They do not care about you, your safety, your health, your wellbeing the only thing that matters is collecting that cash at the end of each month. They will not get involve or help you solve anything. I told Sivan Natanel that my roommates came home with a cat and I had allergies to it and couldn’t go forward having this cat in my home. To which she responded deal with the roommates we don’t get involved. Since I have moved in they have just been useless, unresponsive and dismissive. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I do recommend NV-properties and Landseair. TO BSM DO BETTER!!!!

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. I reported a homeless man in the basement and management never got back to me. Water bugs everywhere. They also have rats in the basement
