BEWARE SHADY COMPANY!!!!!!!! Not only do they block your phone number if you're persistent in communication- they also just band-aid fix EVERYTHING, during our 1 year lease doug sent a 'buddy' to knock a brick wall down in the backyard near AC unit & tried to get us to pick up the debris after his buddy left the mess! He left the debris to sit the entire last 6 months we were there! Don't plan on you're deposit back & document EVERYTHING

I have been renting a property managed by Blue Sky Living for a few months. During the application process I really appreciated the transparency of all the costs ahead of time. Renters Portal is easy to use and set up payments as well as submitting service requests. What prompted me to write a review is the quick response to a plumbing issue that had us shut off the main water. Doug was quick to contact a plumber and get them to arrive within a day to repair the issue
