Blue Sky Landing I

My move in experience was great! The entire staff now is friendly and informative during the whole process. My application was within a week after being informed that I had moved up on the waiting list. The building is quiet and everyone in the complex community is respectful and pretty much keep to themselves. I love it here, I never want to leave.

Blue Sky Landing is an amazing place to live! The apartments are beautiful and very well maintained. The location is also perfect and very convenient, which makes everyday living so much easier. I highly recommend Blue Sky Landing to anyone looking for a great apartment rental with an excellent location, affordable utilities, and an amazing staff.

The apartment complex was a major disappointment from the start. The building is poorly maintained, with peeling paint and broken fixtures throughout the common areas. Noise levels are consistently high, making it difficult to relax or concentrate in the unit. The management is unresponsive and slow to address maintenance requests, leaving residents frustrated. Additionally, the parking situation is chaotic, with limited spaces and frequent disputes among tenants. Overall, the living experience falls far short of expectations, and the value for the rent charged is simply not justified.

I've been trying to apply for an apartment here for nearly two months. I've left 3 or 4 voicemails with my name and number with no response. The office does not answer the phone at any time. Edit : 2 months later still absolutely no one answers the phones or emails.

I recently moved in and absolutely love it here! The management in the front is fantastic!
