Blue Ridge Place Apartments

Today is June 21, 2025. I have been living in my apartment for about Five months and for three out of those five months, I have had no air they bought me a wall unit that worked for about a week and then went out for two months and has been leaking on my floor. It is 100° outside. My house is hotter. my dogs cannot breathe. I am pregnant. I had an asthma attack in my apartment just the night before I’ve been calling the Lexington realtors to get somebody to come and look at my air they Since a man who came in took my wall unit left never came back didn’t say anything to me basically just took it and left and I was at 933 this morning my husky cannot breathe. We have no money to get a hotel and they expect us to live in this today and tomorrow and they might come fix it Monday. I also pay r

UPDATE as of 12/02/2024; This property management company continues to have open invoices for all (3) properties we serviced. We have received a few payments however they are slow and inconsistent. If they would pay in full, we would relinquish the lien and update our review. PREVIOUSLY: In providing consistent patrol services to this apartment management company, we have thousands of dollars in unpaid services. They refuse to make arrangements to satisfy their debt. I would think twice about renting here. If they don't make good on their business contractors promises, perhaps they will fault on their promises to their residents. This post will be taken down upon them satisfying their legal obligation to compensate us for services rendered.

New manager every couple of months. Maintenance men ante no good. They repair everything half way then never show back up. Apartment wasn’t even finished before moving in and maintenance never came back to fix anything. If I could give 0 stars I would. Homeless people sleeping in your buildings, AC doesn’t work, used to have security they stopped showing up. Would not recommend , expect roaches ,

They have trash everywhere and the sound of the train going by will keep you up. The maintenance isn’t kept up at all. Homeless people break into the basements all the time because they only use cheap locks and don’t install the correctly. My car has been broken into two times now. The grass isn’t taken cared of. The wood is rotting away from the side of the buildings. The fence that could easy keep the homeless people out is so old if you poke it your finger will go through it. The fence on the backside should have been replaced 20 years ago. They never clean the grounds. The pool was filled with water but we couldn’t use it. They didn’t treat the pool causing it to fill with frogs, mosquitoes and stagnant green algae filled water. There are a few apartments that have five to seven men

Thanks to these reviews I can determine that it does not matter if it was 8 years ago or 5 months ago nothing has changed and this property is unsafe , charges you for amenities that you can't use and the overall condition of the property is due to poor maintenance. Due to the lack of upkeep to this property there are break-ins to your vehicles and apartments. I was shocked that because of the lack of grounds work there was a leaf fire that spread to four residents vehicles. Hopefully the apartment complex compensated these individuals but I'm assuming they did not. Had it been my vehicle I would have shown the apartment complex was negligent. The reviews themselves are enough to show that these problems are consistent and ongoing. It would also show that management is aware of these
