This HOA who works for Tenny creek is a bunch of hypocrites. First we get a letter saying our trash can be not visible mind you it was not even a month and we had it under our porch. But yet our neighbors have there’s out front for months and no issue. A photo taken today to confirm. Then I get told I can’t have my flag up because it’s political, but having a Biden and Harris flag up isn’t. This is clear censorship and typical liberal mentality.

I would give it a zero star if I could. Absolutely disgusted with the HOA's performance. We're slapped with exorbitant fees—$600, to be exact—that seem to vanish into thin air because there's no grass to mow, no pool, no security guard, no amenities, and nothing is maintained. I've asked them to fix a rotten deck door for months, but they never did. Instead, they nickel and dime residents, charging for every little thing, like leaving the trash bin outside. They're even charging us for having a Ring camera, motion sensor outdoor lights, and front door camera - security features I installed myself because there were homeless people and thefts try to break into our cars several times! Despite multiple emails and calls, they've never responded. It feels like we're funding their pockets instea

We use this company to manage our HOA. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. They go years with no contact, nothing done in our community, no improvements, no response to emails. Their excuse is that the “person doesn’t work here anymore”….. literally every month. I have sent 11 emails and have had 0 response. Called, no response. I was told in February, when we were hit with hard snow and super dangerous ice, that they don’t cover plowing, it’s our responsibility…. But our HOA CCR’s clearly state that it is blue mountains job to set that up and get it done. They hold on to the money, pay themselves and do NOTHING! Here are a few pics of our neighborhood, under their management. (Including where they are supposed to have our sub division plowed) Go with someone else…. ANYONE ELSE

Our community is extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and responsiveness from Blue Mountain HOA Management. Despite multiple follow-ups regarding essential maintenance and financial matters, including an approved bid for critical repairs and requests for updated insurance premium information, there has been no meaningful response. These delays are unacceptable and put the property at risk, especially with inclement weather approaching. While we understand representation may be limited, complete silence from management is inexcusable. Homeowners deserve timely communication and action on approved items, and this level of neglect reflects poorly on the organization’s commitment to its responsibilities.

Courtney has been great she tells us exactly what we want to hear. Only problem is nothing seems to happen. It's been a month since I sent in my first months condo dues to you. The second month you should also have by now but neither month has been posted. I hate to think about sending in my December dues because I don't know if you are getting them even though the my bank says you cashed the check back on October 21st. Whey are the payments getting posted?
