If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Our company has been providing services for an apartment complex this property management company owns in Jacksonville, Florida. Despite completing the work they requested—promptly and professionally—they have failed to pay us for invoices dating back to December 2024. We’ve followed up many times with no resolution. This behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s completely unethical. I strongly caution any vendors or contractors considering working with them—do so at your own risk. Payment is not guaranteed, no matter how well or quickly you do the job.

Painted 2 apartments in one of there properties in Kentucky never received payment had to put lean on property that’s been 6 months and still never received payment. Messaged every member of management from property manager to CEO and never received an email back. Terrible experience going to contact fraud unit at Attorney Generals where they do this constantly to all there contractors

They take advantage of low income family’s and force them to pay for services they may not want nor can afford. If you work from home, you cannot choose your internet plan or provider. You are automatically going to be charged for spectrum services whether you utilize the service or not. It doesn’t matter if you have a better quality internet provider for a less price. You are subjected to their quality of internet whether you want it or not. And they implement these decisions during a lease and expect people to pay these charges even though it’s not included in the contract. The only way to bypass it is to complain enough, but it shouldn’t even have to get to that point. I won’t be renewing my lease. All over internet. That I need to work. And live. Thanks Naftali.

No governance you let the property managers of your properties behave like hooligans & treat residents like were expendable. I have retained a Lawyer, I'm fed up.
