I live here for five years and love the complex . It is very quiet and clean. There is no security guard here. Apt prices range from high $300,000 for two-bedrooms to $530,000 for 2-floor townhomes. Update 7/20/21: The complex now has partial in-person security guard during the day and virtual guard 8pm and beyond. There is a security gate. The complex remains safe, clean, quiet. I have been here seven years and glad I moved here.

My parents live here. It's quiet and a nice place for those over 55 to live. Close to shopping and everything else. Clubhouse with pool,chairs and a lifeguard, pool table, reading room, mail room, tvs (clubhouse can be rented out).

Beautiful place but so tenant are very rude

The place is always clean. They have a new security at the front. So it's good.

Very nice peaceful place to relax your body.
