Original: Hidden gem! I don't want to cause a rush, but this is the first complex I've lived that is so far ahead of all the others in the market. The staff, Troy, Maria, Thomas WERE great..... From the cleanliness of the property, the prompt maintenance, all the luxurious amenities like 2 dog parks, 2 gyms, 2 different designs of pools/spas, 2 sets of putting greens, 2 sets of tennis courts & 2 car wash bays... to the community gardens and pet salon. This is a resort! I find new details every time I'm here that help me appreciate where I hang my hat. We’ve had a wonderful experience living at Blue Heron Creek apartments and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home. The location is unbeatable—close to everything you need, whether it’s shops, restaurants, or public transportation. The administrative office and maintenance teams are top-notch! Whenever we’ve needed assistance or had any maintenance requests, they’ve been quick, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of promptly. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-maintained, and the amenities are a great bonus. Overall, we are really happy with our decision to live here and have had a positive experience throughout our time here.

My daughter and I went in search of a new apartment when we came in contact with Robin, Leasing agent at Blue Heron Living. She is awesome to work with and has such a vibrant spirit! We felt so completely "at home" with her and know this community is where we're supposed to be! The whole staff is friendly and kind!

I don’t even know where to begin! I have been here for almost a month now. First impressions are very important to me. I used to live at a complex that never felt like home. I searched and searched many places that all seemed to care about money and not about the residents. I stumbled across Blue Heron by accident. From the first time I stepped through the front door I was in disbelief. Jesse is top notch. He is professional, friendly and down right hilarious. He is personable on so many levels! You can tell he truly loves his job, this community and the residents! I had so many questions as I have had horrible experiences at other properties. When I pull up to my apartment, I get so happy. Going on my 3rd year of living here and it’s been the absolute best apartment community I’ve ever lived in, been here since early 80’s so Ive lived in many different neighborhoods. The office staff Renee, Nichole, Brittany and Leesa are all the most helpful, kind, supportive people. You can see in their faces how much they enjoy their job and always willing to drop whatever they’re doing and help you. You ladies are amazing and I thank you! Next is the maintenance crew. I don’t know everyone’s name but just a few Jamie, Chip, Juan and all the others that I know you guys rock! I try to keep my requests on low status and before the day is over they’ve already fixed the problem or come back with parts to get the job done!
