Theresa at Blue Door is absolutely phenomenal! We first started working with her nearly two years ago when we began the process of renting our property, and she made everything so easy and stress-free. Although our property has since been managed by other employees (some experiences better than others), Theresa has continued to go above and beyond to help us whenever we’ve needed it. She’s kind, thorough, and incredibly dependable — truly a standout professional who cares about her clients. We’re so grateful for everything she’s done for us, and when the time comes to buy, Theresa will be the very first person we call. Everyone needs a “Theresa” on their team!

We’ve been renting a Blue Door property for just over a year and couldn’t be happier. Theresa and staff are attentive and always quick to respond to emails or phone calls. Additionally, they take exceptional care of the property without ever impeding on the privacy of the home. It is rare to feel as if a home is truly yours while renting, but Blue Door does a fantastic job creating a balance for both the owners and tenants. Kudos isn’t given often enough when it’s due, and Blue Door deserves it. Looking forward to a long relationship with them over the course of our time in this beautiful home.

It seems as though there is a disconnect between owners of condos and people who rent there. Not too much of a surprise. My experience with Blue Door could not be better. They did an exemplary job managing my condo rental, and made sure that it came back to me in a good state of repair. In fact, the condo was cleaner when I got back then when I moved out. I was living in the Northeast for over a year and they did a great job of managing the tenants While I was out of state. Theresa has also represented me as a realtor, as they are a full service company. I would highly recommend them to manage your properties.

These people will use their shady lawyer to covertly hijack your HOA and turn your neighborhood into a profit-battery by enacting petty and strict bylaws into the HOA covenant. Then they send their goons out to your neighborhood to take pictures of your home and extort money out of you for “weeds” or other petty infractions. They rely on people being too preoccupied with their lives to get away with this behavior. When called out on it, they pull out the Nuremberg defense and insist they’re just following orders of the HOA board. Do not trust these people in any capacity. Remember, their only real goal is to generate profit for themselves.

I would give zero if possible. Poor customer service; no one answers calls in the office; not timely with documentation or communication; 6 months no lease to sign, and no way to get maintenance done (since it has to be done through the app, yet you need lease in app to do so). Does not reach back even if leaving a voicemail. For a MANAGEMENT company i’m shocked that leadership is so poor.
