Bloom at Deer Valley

Bloom at Deer Valley is extremely poorly managed, and Cushman and Wakefield has failed to maintain this property to even a basic standard. The grounds are consistently filthy. Dog feces are scattered along the walking paths around the property, and the dog park almost always has uncollected waste sitting for days. It is unsanitary and shows a complete lack of routine maintenance. There has also been a homeless person sleeping directly in front of the property on multiple occasions, which has gone completely unaddressed and raises serious safety concerns. In July 2025, I reported that an exterior door near the townhomes was not working with the key fob. Multiple staff members told me it was being worked on and would be fixed. It is now nearly 2026, and the gate has not been touched since

I lived here for a year in a 1b1b with the garage attached to my unit, I never had any issues, the water was turned off once for piping issues, but was fixed by the end of the day, internet was really solid, was able to play video games and stream without any issues. My appliances never had any issues, although I was the first person in my unit. Gym was clean never really had an off smell. Good experience overall and staff was always cordial and friendly with me whenever I had questions.

Really enjoyed living here. The community was well-maintained and the support team was excellent. There was one time during summer when my AC stopped working in the evening, and even though it was after office hours, the team still came and got it fixed. I really appreciated that! In general, whenever I raised a maintenance request, it was always resolved either the same day or the very next day. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay here. The community was peaceful, well maintained, and the staff were always professional and quick to respond. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free living experience.

Amazing experience with Nathaniel! Had extra time so he gave us the GRAND tour ! Really amazing property & it is well kept with tons of amenities. Hopefully & can't wait to become a resident at Bloom!

The first thing I noticed when walking into the office/clubhouse was how amazing it smells in there! Met with Taylor who was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She took us on a property tour and showed us two different units. The property was clean, residents were out and about enjoying the multiple different amenities. Hoping to call Bloom home soon!
