Blitchton Station Apartments

I lived there from when I was a baby until 2020 so 9 years, lived in a 2 bed 2 bath until like kindergarten then I moved into a 3 bed 2 bath, the whole thing about only wanting Hispanics there may be true because there are lotssss of Latinos there, I was one of them, I heard a lot of rumors such as somebody else takes your spot if they offer more money than you I’m not sure if it’s true, overall tbh if it’s one of your last options go for it I never was involved in anything dangerous but it is in a very dangerous area, stuff has happened, since it is a hood area it could cause you to be influenced I have a pretty protective mother so that wasn’t my case, lots of friends, memories and relationships I made there I will forever miss that but it is a very hood area if your inside all the time

Amy never followed through on anything she was never in the office during the posted hours and you could never leave a message as the voicemail was full. Maintenance staff was good but you had to wait forever after a request was put in. The parking sucked and if you made a complaint nothing was ever done. Rent was good but when I became unemployed Amy wanted to charge me a full month rent when I was only there a few days as I had to get help moving. Area is in the hood and crime is high. Hispanics take precedence over Caucasian and African-American people there.

Had a family member that lived here. It is true that the property manager is discriminatory against other races. Her family lived there too and drove BMWs and other high-end cars, but the community is supposed to be income-restricted. Someone should report her for violation of the fair housing act.

I've been living here for almost 3 years now., it's very affordable because I'm a single mother of 3 and a full time nursing student. But the management is a joke every since I been here I been asking for a 3 bedroom the manager told me I'm on a waiting list. Which is fine but the 3 bedroom that has been vacant several times but she always move a Hispanic family in. I've notice no African Americans or Caucasians are tenants in any 3 bedroom units. Only certain people in the building I live in get reserved parking because we have 8 units in the building but only 7 parking spaces in front of the building but guess what 3 of the tenants get reserved parking in front of their door. Manger Amy Ruiz says they may have disabilities so they need parking directly but n front of their door. But one

Tasha Jackson you are correct about Hispanic getting the priority when it comes to apartments. No one seem to notice but eventually black people will be pushed out completely. I also notice the people over the units are Hispanics go figure.
