My wife and I lived here for over 4 years, witnessing frequent changes in management, gross and negligent neighbors, and constant issues with maintenance and rent/utilities. The parking lot alone deserves no stars. While some tenants park in their assigned spots, management often forgets or ignores these documents, leading to repeated complaints and months of inaction. Despite promises of towing, the towing company was lost during management changes, leaving residents with false promises. Additionally, despite claims of security, the building lacks functioning cameras, visitors and friends of Blanton St homeowners return to park since their cars are never towed. I don’t know why my review was deleted but I stand by my review! In 2019 they stole my WHOLE security deposit! I left that apt mind you the manager illegally evicted me! But I left that apartment in the most perfect conditions ever! She was a very mean lady towards me and harassed me so much towards the end of my time there! I was there for 3 months until I couldn’t take her harassment anymore and I said if she continued the harassment I felt like I wouldn’t have no choice but to break my lease and she responded that she accepted my request to break it which is not what I said. Years later I found out I could have heavily sued! But statue of limitations is what saved them from giving me my deposit back! If only I had known Even my rent back! We lived here for about four years, the first year was fine, but the last three years were a nightmare. I lost count of how many times the property management changed hands, leaving us with no one to contact for months on end. Multiple times we were told there would be an apartment inspection during set hours, and after taking a half day at work to secure my pets, no one would ever show up for the inspection. For the past two years emails would go out about finally getting everyone an assigned parking spot, and we would send documentation of our assigned spots, and then management would never follow up again, until a repeat email would come again, promising that parking was FINALLY getting figured out. Absolutely fantastic property! Blanton Commons is a boutique style property that is centrally located. Management and maintenance are both thoughtful and responsive.

The apartments themselves are great, but the landlord is frequently unreachable. My dishwasher has been broken for nearly four months with no progress or communication. Will rate 5 stars once management figures out how to be more responsive to tennants' needs!
