Blake is the best real estate agent in San Diego. He’s nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely great at his job. He’s a tough negotiator and will always look out for your best interest. Thanks Blake for being amazing!

Genuinely, the nicest landlord I’ve ever had! My family had an EXTREMELY rough year and Blake was kind, patient, and considerate. He was always easy to communicate with. These days, it’s easy to rent from sadistic people. We’d take him as a landlord on every property if we could.

I would like to be clear and state if a negative star was an option for review it would be my choice. Blake Peter came highly recommended by a family member only to SERIOUSLY disappoint. His services were lackluster, fraudulent, unethical and unprofessional. I do not recommend him! Furthermore I will be reporting my less than stellar experience to the licensing board.
