Blaisdell Apartments

This building is a real pigsty that I have been in this slum for almost 1 year, I sleep and wake up with mice. I complained to the managers in vain and the height is that I left Reviews and videos as proof but for a while they have blocked this account I can no longer leave massages on the website, why I intervene with my second account.🆘🆘Avoid this building, your life depends on it 🆘🆘 A management team incapable even my microwave does not have a circle that makes the dish spin up until now, however they take the rents every month it is very horrible to live in 2200 Blaisdell Av

I have been living here for months with rats in my apartment. I even see some on my pans on the gas stove. At this level I believe that my life is danger the worst is that despite the emails sent the Managers my do not react they completely ignore. There is no security we steal the packages. The corridors smell very bad so far my ringtone does not work. I always have to pick up my guests outside. There are even people who break the wrist of the gates in a repetitive way and that exposes us to constant danger because the entrance is accessible to everyone. the noises of the neighbors from above pffff it works so hard it seems it is under construction every day even at night. He does vacuum even at 1am. The floors are soundproofed. Everything is to be reviewed in this building 2200 Blaisdell

I am glad the AG's office got involved after 3 years of hell. I was assaulted and mugged in the hallway where homeless people were allowed to sleep and do drugs. My roommate's review is on here, too. We were actually robbed by management who had friends on the property stealing packages. We filed multiple complaints with the city who fined them multiple times for health code and other violations. If the management is changed completely, the building demolished, the ground soaked in holy water, and a brand new perfect building was set up, it would be filthy in a week from the degenerates who still rob and do dope around it. If someone recommends this place to you, they do not have your best interest in mind.

This is not the place to stay in! The hallways always smell like trash, everytime maintenance come and do some they leave their mess don’t even think about cleaning up after themselves. The people in the office answer their phones when they feel like it & They always sending eviction notices even when your rent is paid. DONT LIVE HERE ITS LIVIN HELL LITERALLY ! When I first moved my house was terrible I still have no closet doors I have to use curtains and it took them 4 months to give me a bedroom door cause I had to constantly call…. Oh n there bugs here is baddddd

Responsibility. Renovated. Respectful. These are the words you'd hope to find your apartment and it's managing staff. Unfortunately, as of today, I've found none of this here. We've repair updates that took years, I've had my laundry stolen out of the locked laundry room, had to supply my own AC because they won't fix the one in the unit, and been told that 'Building Security is not our responsibillity,' by staff. Plus at least one employee of theirs has threatened me physically. Needs severe and utter resturcturing
