DO NOT RENT FROM BLACKWELL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE THE MOST UNSCRUPULOUS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE I HAVE COME ACROSS. We rented a home through Blackwell that was delivered to me in a unhabitall condition. There were dead rodents in the kitchen cabinets. Broken drawers in the kitchen, non working microwave and ice maker. Numerous outlets that didn't work or hold what was plugged into it. Mismatched paint through the house. Mold in the master bathroom shower. This is just a few of the things that I was trying to get repaired. Most of the work orders were "Canceled" by Laura without any explanation. What items that they decided to repair consisted of the absolute "Minimum" work being preformed. The contractor's that they use are the bottom of the barrel. They wouldn't show up, or call. I co

This is me and my wife's first time renting a home and we were completely lost on every step to take or what we had to do next. Before I started renting I was thinking they were high priced for what I was getting. Now I know I actually stole this place from them considering the professionalism response time and down right easy people to work with. When people care about your living conditions it matters and every time I’ve needed something they found the best in no time and sent them to tend to my needs where I see fit and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is above working condition and to satisfy.
