Lived here for YEARS! I love how they keep the apartment so fresh and so clean. Always doing renovations on the outside to make it look nice. The maintence people are always so fast with the request. The office people are so friendly. And most neighbors are quiet. Walls are super thin so if they are blaring tv you’ll feel it and hear it. I guess that’s apartment living. Only downside. Others then that I love living here !

I’ve been living here for five months so far and am loving it. The pictures online don’t do it justice. My apartment has a beautiful view of the pond, and I get lots of light. I love that I have a bath tub, and the shower stays nice and hot. I have lots of counter space and storage space, including a huge closet. AND in unit washer/dryer. It’s in a very convenient location next to Walmart, Hy-Vee, and smaller Asian and Middle Eastern grocery stores. It’s also very close to lots of restaurants and is a 10-minute drive to UNL’s city campus. It’s not a new building, but it has pretty much everything I was looking for in an apartment and is still a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Jamie and Tony provided efficient and excellent maintenance services! They were both professional, courteous, and very helpful. I really appreciate their prompt response and the care they took in addressing the issues.

The door is still not working and my apartment was entered without permission. The maintenance man the day before, I had called him so he had my number to contact me with whether call or text, I told him what hours I would be home and he told me if he had the time he would stop by that day. Nothing was ever discussed after that. I then got a notification on my phone that my apartment had been entered while I was at work and the locks were supposedly fixed but they're still jamming. Had I known somebody was going to stop by that day I would have cleaned up from the night before after a long grueling day of work.

It was a easy application process and things were done quickly. Jurnee was really good about answering all my questions and was extremely helpful.
