I don't recommend dealing with this realty company if you're a buyer. Dustin was extremely unprofessional for not communicating with us that the seller had received a different offer so that we could counter, hanging us in the air for two days with radio silence concerning our own offer. Then, boom, the house is sold from under our noses.

From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Carlton Robinson with Black Label Realty was professional. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Carlton came through with his commitment to excellence. My daughter bought house from this realtor we were waiting outside while she was signing the papers Brandi Rice the realtor parks storms up to me mind you I'm elderly we have trailer clearly waiting to move in, never have i met such a rude aggressive woman as Brandi Rice, was it the color of my skin in a nice a gated community. In my opinion Brandi has no buisness selling houses or dealing with the public, she did apologize ill give her that but after the way she acted she can keep her apology, hope she sees this and thinks twice about how she treats people.
