BJs Home Inspection

As first time home buyers, my husband and were looking a diligent and trustworthy professional. Biju was just that. Prior to booking, we were able to look over a sample report of his work. They were very thorough yet easy to comprehend. The actual reports we received, reflected the same (received within 24-28 hours!). Additionally, Biju was prompt and able to easily accommodate our schedules. If you're in the Long Island area, I would highly recommend his services for thorough home inspections, termite inspections and all the other services he provides. It was an all round great experience.

Mr. Joseph was exceptional! He was able to do a home inspection the same day with short notice and very affordable. His inspection was very thorough and I received the detailed report within hours!!! The report had pictures and pointed out very good tips and had all major & minor points. He was very professional, polite & efficient. Mr. Joseph Biju is the only home inspector I would ever use. He is very professional, thorough and goes the extra mile to make sure every part of the property is inspected. His report is very detailed. Worth the money. The review below by a Mr. Bonny is definitely a fake review.

I wanted an home inspector who was also a home engineer given that I was buying an expensive new construction and wanted an opinion on the basement foundation cracks. He was told before he went. Not only did he never document anything regarding it (not sure if he was covering himself for liabilities?) but he never mentioned that the home didn’t have natural gas (was propane). On day of signing .. I find out. That’s a huge negative as propane is far expensive than natural gas and I could have negotiated better. The whole point of the inspection is to mention these things. My lawyer was the one pointing it out that. I ended up buying the property but I felt I could have used anyone given his lack of documentation. I also wasn’t present when he inspected as I had work. I am a first time home buyer. I am very glad that I chose BJs Home Inspection. Mr. Joseph was very detailed and accurate with the inspection. I was amazed with the little things that were wrong with the house and alerted me about what needs to be fixed before buying the house. I would recommend this service to friends and family.
