Ellen Kim (Jeong) is the worst agent out there! Unreliable, irresponsible and unprofessional!

THE worst company I have ever rented thru. Their agent Haima "Nancy" Suric still has yet to send us our security deposits back. We gave her notice of us leaving the apartment mid-January, our lease was up March 31st (both of us vacated the apartment before the 30th). It is now June 5th and still no deposit back. The lease states that we would get our deposit back 10 days after departure--still nothing. We asked several times for a walk-thru of the apartment and we never got one. After moving out she never responded to our emails and phone calls about returning our security deposits. I recommend that no one work with this agent, in fact, I don't recommend this company at all because I have reached out several times to talk to someone about this issue and have yet to hear anything. Their agent Haima "Nancy" Suric never paid back the security deposit of any of the 4 tenants that lived in the property despite promising to do a walk through of the apartment.....which she never did despite our due diligence of paying on time and taking care of the property. After we moved out, she didn't respond to our emails or phone calls about our deposits and when I asked for a meeting with her at her office, she grossly refused to meet. I recommend no one to work with this agent. Berkshire Hathaway Laffey International realty is a great company providing wonderful opportunities for wonderful homes at affordable prices. But chose a different agent

I hired their agents Sayed Ahmed and Shri Sing to sell my home. They also had a woman who worked for another agency on the contract. When the home was ready to close I moved out and gave them the key in case they needed to go in for any reason. That was a huge mistake. The home sale fell through and I was out of the state. I agreed to allow them to have open houses until I returned. When I got back my garage window was broken, the lock on the side door broken, the lock on the gate sawed through and the property I did not take with me was all gone!!! The agent Sayeed bought me some replacement items and had a man come to see about fixing the garage door. I told the owner Greg Berkowitz and at first he offered to give me lian furniture from a staged property. I declined and told him I wanted

I had to click on a star in order to post. Please think of this as NO STARS! I answered an apartment listing with Rita O'Leary. I saw the apartment and wanted to take it and sign immediately. It was exactly what I needed. Then it all went quickly downhill. She didn't call me with updated information even after I gave her my credit score and application. She kept giving vague excuses as to why nothing was happening. She did refer to the apartment's owner as a "townie" which made me uncomfortable. Days went by, then a week and I had to reach out to another broker to find out what was happening. Rita told the other broker that the apartment was really promised to the owner's niece (or maybe the niece's friend). Rita was told to call me to apologize but she never did. She never called again.
