These two people are my heros. They assisted me with a long distance sale and went over & above many, many times! They helped coordinate repairs and get the place in saleable condition - something I couldn't do living 3 hours away. I can't say enough good things about David and Debbie! They're extremely knowledgeable and have some of the best, affordable contractor contacts in SLO!

Do the bare minimum to care for the properties they manage. No cleans before move ins or outs, no painting or checking of anything. They have owners paying for pest control and gardeners they don't hold accountable to keep up the properties.
