We were able to schedule a last-minute tour today. The leasing office was very easy to coordinate a tour with, thanks to their response time. We toured with Lauren and she brought such great energy, as well as clearly outlined details regarding the properties units. We loved the option that you have to rent a garage parking spot, depending on the unit-type it can even be attached, as well as extra storage units available. The location is seems conducive to dog owners, with access Cooper River park just across the street.

We moved here in July 2025 and absolutely LOVE IT!! We’re in a 3-bedroom townhouse; very spacious with great tall ceilings. We love the staff here, especially Lauren & Erica in the leasing office. They’ve been so nice and very attentive, from day one! Maintenance is also amazing; quick turnaround time with every work order!!! We also really enjoy all the fun community events that they host. Location is amazing also! We are close to EVERYTHING! Thank you Erica, Office Manager, for everything you all do!

I have lived in several different apartment complexes over the past decade, and I can say with certainty that Bishops View is by far the best one! From the apartment itself, with its vaulted ceiling and cozy feel, to the staff (both the leasing office and maintenance team), the wonderful location right along Cooper River and near several restaurants and stores, including a Wegman's - you really can't beat it. We even just re-signed our lease and were happily surprised by the VERY reasonable increase, as most apartments I have lived in try to increase the rent by several hundred dollars each year. I also love not needing a key to our unit and being able to control both the lock on the apartment and the thermostat remotely from our phones. I have zero complaints about our neighbors and have

Thank you, Nate the Great and Super Steven! I just wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the two gentlemen who came to service my home today. I’m using my husband's email, as I’ve already left a review before, but I didn’t want this to go unnoticed. Not only did Nate and Steven resolve the main issue, but they also took care of a separate concern I brought up while they were here. What really stood out, though, was their thoughtfulness. Before I even opened the door, I noticed they were cleaning off the front door light, clearing away spider webs and bugs. When I greeted them, they said, “We’ll be right in, we just want to clean this up first.” They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but they went above and beyond simply because they cared. My girlfriend and I had the BEST experience touring Bishop’s View Apartments thanks to Rosemarie. From the very first interaction her energy was amazing super friendly, and really genuine. She immediately made us feel comfortable and truly listened to what we were looking for. She didn’t just show us random units, she helped us find the one.
