Bishops Gate at Somerset

I have lived at BishopsGate at Somerset going on my 10th year. I love it here. It is my home. The grounds are beautiful and well kepted. The apartments are spacious and very pretty. Maintenance is awesome. All you have to do is go online or call Trista, the office manager and she will see to it that your request is completely filled right away. Matt and Cody are so good and prompt. We are close to so many things here...places to eat, shop and 71 expressway is minutes away. Lights are everywhere to make it safe at night. It is just so much fun to live here in the BishopGate community and feel like you are home in a cozy circle so close to everything. If you need to get in contact with the office Trista is there to help and listen to you.

We only live here close to a month now and already love this place so much! Bishop's Gate is very nice, beautiful & well maintained community, the whole environments are clean and quiet, super convenience to access everywhere like restaurants, highway, hospitals, groceries and many more within 5-10min away. The grounds are well maintained, and I've always been pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time for maintenance requests. Matt and Cody are on top of things, I mainly interacted with Cody the most so far and he is an awesome guy, funny and high efficiency. The office staff has always been friendly and efficient. I've interacted with Michealia the most and can attest that she has been incredibly thoughtful and efficient in attending to our needs, she always stay on top of all

My 12 months lease just ended today. I have to say that I am very sorry I didn't extend my lease at Bishop's gate. It's definitely a case of, "you don't know how good you had it it until it's gone". For the money, you just can't beat the spacious apartments and all the amenities Bishops Gate has to offer. And everyone at the leasing office including the property manager, leasing agents, and even the maintenance men are all top notch, very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Bishop's Gate. My stay there was very pleasurable.

I've lived here for 5 years before relocating for work, and I've had a great experience with this place. The location is one of your best options if your work is in Blue Ash or the immediate area, but also has easy access to 275 if you need to head elsewhere. You have easy access to shopping and food options while avoiding the typical rush hour crush around the commercial areas. Bishop's Gate is the best rental community I have found in Cincinnati. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the building maintenance staff is prompt and competent in addressing any needed repairs.
