Bishop's Garth Apartments

Please, for whoever wanna try to sign up or move in, do not.. This place is the most toxic bug mice rat-infested place.. The landlords use scare tactics and even worse. They blame you for the problems that the building has. This place has gone through 5 maintenance people within 2 years.. Three landlords in one year. The current one we have right now is using scare tactics instead of talking to you like a human being. They make you out be problems. FOR LOVE OF GOD FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH do not live here.

Although this is a great section 8 opportunity and many like myself and other I know need this opportunity. The management needs to create safer stairwells if they plan to keep it open with no internal way up to apartments. I was dropping off my friend at her apartment and walked up with her. Coming down I slipped on the bare metal steps due to the snow/ ice build up from others walking on them. Please provide safer internal access for all of the families who live or visit here.

Great community with pleasant dwellings. There's plenty of opportunities for friendships to be cherished.
