BEWARE BED BUGS, MICE AND MAINTENANCE ISSUES. My mother moved here in October 2020 and has been being Bitten By Bed Bugs since her move in date. Immediately we advised management and our complaints were swept under the rug. Soon after we took matters into our own hands and sprayed and put down powder. We were told to remove all powder and Terminix would come out and spray. They came out and did nothing. Now my mom has bed bugs crawling on her kitchen counter. Also we advised management of issues with water leaking in the bathroom and cracking in the old flooring in the kitchen. The kitchen floor was replaced and it left a huge hole near the cabinet and mice started to come in. Now there is a mouse problem. I share a one bedroom apartment, with my mom while waiting for my own. This place is really nice and quiet. The apartments, are huge and spacious and I love the area. The waiting list is somewhat long, but their apartments is worth it. A tax credit building, and income restrictions.
