Birchwood Apartments

I am the founder of a local charity and I tried calling them twice to offer supplies and resources to their residents. I was hung up on twice. One time and I will excuse it as a bad connections, but twice and it is on purpose. If this is indicative of how they treat their residents, I feel badly for their residents.

Awful management... no one is ever available to answer the phone or talk to in person. Maintainence takes forever to fix things or doesn't do the job right.

Horrible staff was very rude didn't even make eye contact told me to come by over the phone and act nonchalant in the told me they dont know what I'm talking about I didn't even get a chance to explain my situation

Property manager is trash they have let my money orders for rent get stolen and have even lost my money orders and have not given me any notice will be moving and also have very suspicious characters hanging around property constantly!!!!!

The children there are bad someone blew up there fingers there
