I was Thomas‘s first sale of his career in 2002. Coming from New England looking for a winter home, we met Thomas. It was so nice to meet someone of his honesty and sincerity always looking out for us. He has always been my go to guy concerning real estate. this past encounter, he helped a friend of mine, a Youngsingle mother of Beautiful five year-old daughter. The mom named Morgan came down from Connecticut to her. Dad‘s home had passed, she was overwhelmed with what to do and very short time to do it. I contacted Thomas Heimmediately met us at her dads Residence. Thomas assured Morgan he had her best interest at heart. working together, she was able to go home to Connecticut feeling assured all things would work out and they did. Thomas is a real professional.

I do not recommend buying a house from Bink Realty. Thomas sold us a house he flipped less than two years ago. Upon moving in we quickly discovered many corners were cut in the process of him redoing the house. Our latest discovery was that he did not have the electrical around the pool properly installed which could have led to the electrocution and death of my 4 kids. He is dishonest and not trustworthy. Highly do NOT recommend.

Thomas was awesome helping me find a rental property. He exceeded my expectations and definitely will use him in the future for my real estate needs. 10 star A+ service.

Mr. Gonzalez made finding a home easy! As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect. The people at Bink were very patient and more importantly, they were dedicated to finding me the right home :) I only wish I had gone to him sooner!
