I wish i could give this place a Zero. The maintenance team sucks, the property manager is horrible, unprofessional and rude. The blitmore court section is infested with mice and the property manager and corporate office refused to do anything ab it. I had several electrical fires that started due to faulty wiring. I had to hire terminex to keep my apt safe. The sewage lines backed up often and it was not uncommon to see raw sewage floating and leaking through the parking lot. I had to contact code enforcement and file a formal complaint with the BBB. After all of the drama and stress i was let out o my lease without penalty. I wish i'd known then what I know now. I should've filed for a constructive evection. This place is horrible and the company is ran by slum lords! stay out of 2200 b

You get what you pay for. I was in a 3 bedroom apartment for $675 - which is a bit on the cheaper side. If you need a place to stay and don't have the money to really afford much, Biltmore Hills will suffice. Not far from a few eateries and a food lion. If safety is your concern it's right up the road from a police station. Just don't expect to be spoiled or treated like you are important - after you're in you're pretty much on your own.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful. She thinks she own these apartments herself. Maintenance and upkeep of these apartments are piss poor. But you get what you pay for

DON'T COME WHEN YOU NEED REPAIR, STEVE WILL COME TO UNIT AND TALK ABOUT YOU TO PEOPLE HE TRAIN AND THEN COMPLAIN ABOUT THE JOB HE GETS PAID TO DO.
