Bilbow Abstract LLC

We have used Bilbow Abstract for 6 different real estate transactions and have always been VERY satisfied with our experiences. The last closing was a month ago. We wanted to close quickly and they made it happen in two weeks. I love that they handle all of the loose ends and make sure all taxes, sewer bills and city bills come to our new address. So we don't have to worry about missing anything. Our first transaction with Bilbow Abstract was nearly 20 years ago and we are still just as satisfied with our last experience.

I recently worked with Bilbow for my home closing, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. They were highly responsive and managed to pull the title documents in under two weeks, which was exceptional. Their pricing was fair, but what truly stood out was their transparency and communication throughout the process. I will definitely use their services again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

It's plain and simple. You definitely want to stay away from Bilbow Abstract when you are looking for an honest and dependable company to assist you with title insurance. For starters, there was a massive impending snow storm forecasted to hit the area, but when we attempted to contact Bilbow to reschedule, they were unable to accommodate and insisted on keeping the appointment on the books regardless. The inflexibility of Bilbow, the impending snow storm and the fact that my wife and I were coming from out of the area, led to us having to travel in advance and stay in a hotel the night before our closing. Very disappointed that I experienced such a bad customer service from Jackie and Lynn. The only lady in that title company that has the patience and professionalism is Betty. All the other ladies( I will say ladies to not curse them out, and actually use a word that they deserve) Have no knowledge of how to interact with clients. They want to make up their own rules, not what’s in a signed contract, They do not know how to answer a proper question without giving an attitude. They will hang up the phone on you if they feel they are correct. They will slam the phone on the desk or simply leave you on the phone waiting. I mean, you name it, they have it all. I will never recommend any of my clients to this office.

Used Bilbow Abstract when I bought my house, now as an agent continue to work with Betty and her staff. Always professional, courteous and efficient in my closings! Closing today and can’t be happier for my clients! She expedited our closing to fit my clients schedule!!!
